WSSF Corporation has two processing facilities, one in Jinan and the other Weifang, that process a wide range of vegetable and herbs such as garlic, ginger, leek, green onion, onion, chives, bell peppers, spinach, etc. Both facilities can do blanch processing, fire and oven roasting, pureeing, and blending. WSSF Corporation is kosher certified by Star K and has received a BRC rating of A more than several years in a row now.
